This website
This website stores only your language choice, in your own browser (localStorage, key "language"). It is never sent to us. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare sees your IP address to serve the page.
Apps we build and run for clients
For our clients we build and run apps that send and receive WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and email, for example order reminders.
- Data
- Name, phone number, email address and message content.
- Purpose
- Carrying out the client's service: orders, reminders and answers to questions.
- Role
- The client is the controller, Programmeur op Wielen is the processor. Questions about your data can go to the client or to us.
- Retention
- As long as the client's contract with us runs; deleted within 30 days after it ends.
- Sub-processors
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), Amazon Web Services (in the EU) and Cloudflare.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to its use, to restrict it and to get it in a portable form. Email us to use them.
